Lewis Hake Burial in Evergreen Cemetary

Funeral services for Lewis C. Hake, 59, who died Monday in the Independence hospital, will be conducted tomorrow-afternoon at 1:30 at the Kearns Garden chapel in Waterloo by the Rev. Henry L. Weiss of the First Methodist church. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery in Vinton.

The deceased was born April 12, 1884, a son of W. N and Suffrona Hake. He was graduated from the Iowa School for the Blind and for years did piano tuning in this community, before being taken to the Independence hospital two years ago, he was a patient in the Vinton hospital almost, two years. He had been completely helpless since entering the hospital.  Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Sylvia Kearns of Waterloo, and a brother, Oren E. Hake of Oklahoma City, Okla. Mrs. B. F. Crawford of Vinton was an aunt.
